  • 1. Order Your Chatbot

    Order your chatbot using the pricing table button.  You’ll pay a one-time setup fee plus a monthly subscription fee.  There is no contract and you can cancel anytime.

  • 2. We Build & Customize

    We’ll send you an email after you complete your order with a short list of information we need to customize your bot.  You’ll also have the opportunity to name your chatbot assistant and provide any photos you want used in your conversation flow.  Like our demo chatbot just the way it is? Great!  You can keep the photos we include by default.

  • 3. Your Bot Goes Live!

    After your bot has been built (including custom changes), it’s time to activate your newest team member!  This means integrating with Facebook Messenger via your Facebook Business Page.  We can also integrate Realty Chatbot with most personal websites.  We handle everything!  Don’t have a Facebook Business Page yet?  We can create one for just $125.

A reachable user is a user that has interacted with your chatbot on Facebook Messenger.  This includes people who find your chatbot on Facebook and interact with it.  People who have already liked or followed your Facebook Business Page are not considered reachable users.

People who have already liked or followed your page can only become a reachable user by starting an interaction with your chatbot for the first time.

Your chatbot will start out with 0 reachable users.  Once your Realty Chatbot is built, we will update your Facebook Business Page so that visitors will begin seeing the option to interact with your chatbot.  As soon as someone interacts with your bot, they will become a reachable user.

Over time your number of reachable users will grow as more people interact with your Realty Chatbot.  There are lots of other ways to grow your number of reachable users, which we can help you do!

Yes, if your personal website is built on WordPress.  There is a $249 one-time fee for connecting your RealtyChatbot to non-WordPress sites due to the extra steps our tech team has to take in order to integrate with custom websites.
